Rene Moreno plays a local terrorist exploiting a small village in Columbia. Things escalate, and the American missionary doctor living in the village can't get to safety without the help of her exboyfriend, a small craft pilot. The acting was full of cheese and melodrama, the soundtrack was terrible, the writing was stereotypical, painful, and overtly preachy. If you were snowed in at a mountain cabin with no television reception and this was the only DVD available, I'm sure you could find something better to do.
