Cathy: When bad films happen to good actors. Even the trailer for this was bad. They used a jerky documentary-style of shooting that I found very annoying. The acting was bad, the writing was bad, the score was bad, the art direction was bad. Very bad. Barely five minutes into the movie, I was doing chores around my living room. Neal McDonough plays a corrupt vice cop putting the squeeze on various ne'er-do-wells, but with the various storylines he doesn't get much screentime. He deserves better than this - he makes a valiant attempt, but he can't redeem this movie. Not worth the rental fee, even if you have a coupon.
