REVIEWS Title The Low Life Year 1995 Rating R Time 96 minutes Genre drama Role Chad, supporting Caps 238 Cathy: This is a low budget, indie movie and it got off to a bumpy, self-aware start, but somewhere along the way it drew me in and I was pretty engaged by the end. Rory Cocoran is good, and Sean Astin is amusing. Ron does a fair job, but he tries this affected accent/lisp thing that sort of bugged me (but he looks good, heh). My biggest annoyance was that the dvd has Renee Zelwegger's name on it yet she has literally 15 seconds of screen time as a poet at an open mic event. Whathow, I think it's worth a look if you have a movie rental coupon or catch it on tv.
