Cathy: This Wesley Snipes action movie was predictable, but not as bad as I was expecting. It seems to be a follow-up to another movie, with flash-backs and backstory, but I'm not sure what other movie it references, and frankly I have little interest in finding out. It doesn't affect the audience's ability to follow the plot here. Matthew Leitch plays a Romanian contact for an illegal arms purchase while Snipes is undercover, and the deal goes sour. Matthew has a decently-sized role, complete with Romanian accent and a few spoken lines in Romanian. If you're a fan of Matthew, the pros of renting this outweigh the cons. If you don't have an opinion about Matthew, it might solve a general craving for action.
