Cathy: Oscar-nominated and critically acclaimed, this biography of musician Ray Charles is a moving portrayal of his rise from poverty, perseverance over his disability, and battle with addiction. Rick Gomez has a small role as part of the Atlantic Records team and appears in five recording studio scenes. Even if you're not a huge fan of Ray Charles, this movie is touching and his personal struggles are universal.
