Cathy: If you haven't seen this, you should. Dexter was funny and he has his shirt of in a few spots XD He gets second billing but he's not in the first 40 minutes or so. It was an odd movie though, about a cop in South Africa, so it's a mesh of upsetting politics and amusing bank robberies. One minute you're near tears over the shooting of innocent protesters in a shanty town, the next you're laughing at their mad-cap antics. I would recommend it, though, whether you like Dexter or not. It's based on a true story.
