Cathy: Midsomer Murders is a typical BBC mystery program. It focuses on two officers in a small town. Every week, they solve the crime. Jonie Broom appears in two unrelated episodes. In "Death of a Stranger", he plays the small supporting role of a sidekick to a trouble-maker who's imprisoned for a crime he insists he didn't commit. In "The Electric Vendetta", though his character name is the same in the credits, it may as well be a completely different role - he's relegated to extra/cameo status (he's in one moonlit scene and it's hard to get a good look at him) and he has a different haircut. Neither episode is really note-worthy, and Jonie doesn't get enough screen-time to really make it worth a rental unless you're a big fan of his.
